it's faster. there's nothing to clean up. you don't eat more than one bagful. lots of reasons!

Tammy - I like just melted butter and salt. Paul puts a ton of different seasonings on his :) But I looooove it just buttered and salted :)
I can tell you why I buy microwave popcorn! ALL of my kids can make their OWN popcorn when they want a quick snack and there is NO mess for me to clean up! And I don't have to worry about them messing around with out oil or the stove top. We used to have an air popper til it just died one day. Microwave is simply much easier.

I have trouble getting the butter on the popcorn without getting the popcorn soggy. :(
