My bloggy friend Tammy first introduced me to these wonderful cds by Seeds Family Worship - catchy songs, sung by grown ups, with the lyrics taken straight from scripture.
I bought the Seeds of Faith cd (click on the above image to get more details about it) and won one of their other ones from Tammy. And I am just SO excited about this cd!
The cds come 2 to a pack - one for you and one for you to give away. Why?

"We want the seeds of God's Word to be spread far and wide in the hearts of families" - quote from the case
How awesome is that? Even Paul, who is not a fan of "kiddy songs" said that he likes these songs and would listen to them. In fact, the boys have been in bed for 2 hours now and I have had these songs playing for just our enjoyment.
Inspired by Tammy and her giveaway I am going to hold my own. This giveaway will remain open until Monday evening at which time I will use random.org to pick a winner.
Just leave a comment telling me when you play music for your kids (bedtime, in the car, etc.) If you don't have kids you are more than welcome to enter for your future children or to regift - just. um. Make up something.
You can tweet, FB or blog about the giveaway. Each shoutout will get you one more entry in the giveaway. Just make sure to leave a seperate comment for each entry.
This giveaway is open to anyone, anywhere. No postage restrictions.
The winner will be announced Monday night or Tuesday morning.
Whenever I remember.

Check out the video for an example of their style.
And sorry it squishes over so far. I couldn't fix it.

Hmm... I have no kids but when I'm pregnant, I'll play music to them with headphones on my belly :) They will get the classics like Tschaikovsky and Debussy and Liszt. Is that a legit entry? ;)
I play music for Josh when he is cranky in the car and needs to go to sleep. For example, coming home from evening church... It is late, it is dark and he is screaming. Turn on the tunes and he goes to sleep. Love it. As of yet I have not bought any tunes specifically for him, but I may just have to check this out.
I have music on ALL the time, but music specifically for Leah usually comes in the mornings as she's playing, during her nap, and while I'm cooking supper. (She likes it when I dance around with a spoon or pot or bowl or whatever.) I'm constantly making up random songs, too, about whatever we're doing. Our life is a musical!
Music is on and off all day for us, it is much better than tv and my 1 year old is all about it! He immediately stands up and starts to dance. Melts my heart everytime...so I play music as much as I can!
I don't play cds for Daniel yet because I don't have any kid's music. However, there is music on his DVD and he loves it. And when he's cranky, he calms down if I sing to him. So, maybe if I win, I can play the cd for him and he won't have to hear me sing! :) Thanks for the opportunity, Jessica.
We always have music playing...and I know Ben would LOVE this music. He watched the video you posted and said, "wow, that's cool." I must say, I agree. Even if I don't win, I'll be buying some soon.
Hey... I just played it for Craig and we were both very impressed... and since you said no postage restrictions... hehehehe... so, I would play music for the future Cunninghams before bed so they fall asleep relaxed, not stressing about all the sand castles that fell apart in the playground. Oh to be young again.
Ooo, I just now got around to listening to the video... I like! It's pretty catchy. Would even be good for Kid's Worship in Sunday School!
We play Isaac music alot. Always in the car, alot of times at bed time, and our local radio station plays the news and bluegrass in the mornings and just this morning Isaac was clapping and stomping his feet to the music! He's definitely a music lover!
