Kashi is amazing! The best is the cereal (the maroon box and the yellow box--mix the two)... add some fresh raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries.

Now the secret is add SILK soy milk (regular-Vanilla is a little too much---I know... I know... nobody likes soy milk, but bear with me). And then let it sit for 10 mins, minimum. Let the cereal absorb the soy milk.

I promise you, you'll become a soy milk and KASHI convert. In fact, if you don't trust it, do exactly as above (add all the ingredients) and serve it someone who's not allergic to soy, and don't tell them it's soy. [I've done this 3 different times to 3 different people. They didn't even know the difference from regular milk... And they loved it!]

They will love it. And then you'll realize it's not so bad. In fact, it's close to amazing! (Oh, make sure you're near the toilet, because all that fiber will take a toll on your intestines--but that's a good thing, right?)

Lucy - I actually love soy milk :) It's rather yummy!
My favorite would be chocolate peppermint soy!

I haven't tried kashi cereal, I will have to tho!

Soy milk is gross! Almond milk is good though.

I like some Kashi cereals, but I haven't been thrilled with their granola bars. I requested the cookie, but I don't have high hopes for it.
