To answer your iPod question...well, I'm thinking that most of the music on my iPod is probably older than you are! LOL...(I was a teen of the early 80's! can't help it---all that neon and headbanger stuff just sticks with you!)....anyway, as you could have guessed, I have a lot of Bon Jovi and Barry Manilow. Odd combo, but they are my favorites!! I listen to Pat Benatar quite a bit, Stones, Elvis, Joan Jett, ABBA and Frank Sinatra a lot (love him!)....but, like I said...oldies!!
I do like Maroon 5, Green Day, Avril Lavigne, Fergie and The Rogue Traders, though, too!! A little more modern! I'm really not into country music at all, but I LOVE Sugarland. She has a great voice!!! I listen to their stuff quite a bit, too. I got hooked on her when she sang that duet with Bon Jovi :)
The rest of my iPod is full of one song here or there from groups from the 50's to today, classical choir music, songs from musicals, lots of different a cappella groups and some really funky folk songs sung by my daughter's French teacher. She writes these totally crazy songs, but I just love them.
What I listen to depends on what mood I'm in. I've been known to listen to Christmas carols at the pool in August :)
